I wanted something light, long battery life, easy for a beginner to use, decent keyboard. I know nothing about the 'workings' of computers but from turning it on the tutorial was excellent - my itunes loaded immediately - and I can hear them very well as it has great speakers, the larger screen is crisp and bright no eyestrain my videos/dvd's are a delight to watch the colours are perfect - have had at least 3/4 applications running at once - nearly as fast as our main computer. The keyboard is very comfortable - mouse with scroll button really easy to use - thought I would be connecting a separate mouse but no need. Wireless connection faultless and it is so quiet.

This affordable 12-inch netbook is similar the 10.0" notebooks except the larger screen and keyboard make for a much more comfortable experience, unlike some other keyboards where the keys are very close together. Although slightly thicker than the 10" notebooks, the NC20's black glossy finish, full size keyboard, loud speakers and excellent wi-fi performance make this a must buy!!!! I had this sent out on a next day delivery with portable universe. Great value for money!

Finding a netbook with a decent-size screen is almost as difficult as finding one with a full-size keyboard. The Samsung NC20 came on recommendation from Portable Universe's sales team and I could not be happier with what I received. I have been left most impressed with the quality of the machines wi-fi performance, the quality of its appearance is an added bonus. Like the previous review I was prmoised this machine on a next day delivery and it arrived as promised.
